PRATT Combination Units provide the convenience of one unit incorporating both a deluge shower and with an eye or eye-face wash with one water supply connection required.

Available with or without bowl assembly for indoor or outdoor applications.

Also with or without treadle assembly for hand or hand/foot activation for eye washes.

All models comply with Australian Standards AS4775.

Portable Shower & Eye Wash Units

Fixed Pedestal Mounted Eye Wash Units

PRATT’s Fixed Pedestal Mounted Eyewash Units offer a greater fluid coverage to the face and eyes where initial treatment is critical and where severe irritant or corrosive chemicals are involved.

Available with or without bowl and optional foot operation.

Fixed Wall Mounted Eye Wash Units

Pratt’s premium fixed wall mounted units provide immediate initial first aid treatment in the event of facial chemical contamination.

Available in both Eye/Face Wash and Eyewash configurations.

The Eye/Face feature a tripled aerated spray nozzle with the Eyewash a single aerated spray nozzle.

Both nozzles are interchangeable.

• Where safety showers are located outdoors and exposed to the sun, the stored water, within the shower can reach excessive temperatures. AS4775 states that temperatures in excess of 38’C can be harmful to the eyes and can enhance chemical interaction with the eyes and skin.
• The Anti-Scald Valve is designed to automatically bleed off the stored hot water within the safety shower allowing cooler water from the supply line to enter and reduce the water temperature to safer levels.
• The Valve has an operating temperature range of: Opens at – 35’C. Closes at – 29.4’C

• Weatherproof Safety Shower Alarm Kit
• This weatherproof Safety Showers Alarm Kit is suitable for all PRATT Combination Showers and Eye Wash Stations.
• This alarm kit has been simplified with a new audible and visual enclosure which is easily mounted onto the shower stanchion using the bracket assembly included in the kit. The kit is suitable for both new and existing shower units with a 25 mm BSP M inlet connection.
• This is particularly important for remote areas for other staff to monitor the situation and send assistance as required.

• Complete Shower & Eye Wash Test Kit comprises of the following items:
• 20L Yellow plastic Shower Test Bin which has been fitted with a clear plastic sight gauge and capacity indication for every 5 LT. Also included is a drainage valve. (This enables the testing of flow rates or weekly flushing for the safety shower when used in conjunction with the Shower Test Soc
• Shower Test Sock featuring soft nylon sock material and aluminium frame and handle. (Used in conjunction with the Shower Test Bin for either weekly flushing or annual flow test).
• Shower Pattern Test Frame which is a floor mounted stand made of collapsible aluminium tubing. This measures for the correct flushing fluid pattern of the safety shower.
• The Shower Test Sock can also be mounted to this stand, to provide hands free flushing or testing of the safety shower when used in conjunction with the Shower Test Bin.
• Clear plastic Eyewash Test Pattern Gauge with engraved markings and instructions. This measures the correct flushing fluid pattern of the eye wash equipment.
• Laminated master copy of the PRATT Safety Shower and Eyewash Check List. Includes recommended weekly check list on one side and annual check list on the other side. Use the master check list to make further copies for recording test results for all emergency safety shower and eyewash equipment.
• PVC Document Holder with zip to store the Check Lists and Eyewash Test Gauge.
