Our pipeline testing services are by AS2885, AS4041 & AS2337.
Our hydrostatic testing equipment allows us to test as low as possible or as high as 100,000kPa / 100bar / 14,503psi for the client’s required test length.
We can test & certify pipe spools or long runs of pipelines for water or gas.
Non Destructive Testing Inspection and Certification
The Company Inspectors provide a comprehensive annual and In-service pressure vessel inspection, conducted by AS/NZS 3788, a visual survey conducted on gas and water pipelines to determine its operational condition and ensure the safety of the system and plant.
Inspections are usually carried out visually or with a fiber-optic camera.
Comprehensive pressure equipment inspection and ultrasonic thickness measurements are compared against the MDR (Manufacturer’s Data Report).
Once an inspection is complete, our technician will sign off his report that concludes the receiver is safe to use.

We can test to as low as 1.0 MPA or as high as 100 MPA with either a Proof Test or a Volumetric Expansion Test.
