Our workshop is fully equipped to test and release a wide range of aviation services, including hydraulic tubing, gas cylinders (including high-pressure composite gas cylinders), portable hand-held fire extinguishers, and oxygen cylinders.

Please note: These services are undertaken and covered by the client MITCOM. When sending in a Hydraulic Tube for a Hydrostatic Test, we require you to also send the page from the “CMM” Component Maintenance Manual with the Approved Data relating to the Hydrostatic Pressure Test.
Our test station is equipped to perform hydrostatic testing of Hydraulic Tubing & associated equipment.
Clients who have engineered hydraulic tubes and now require proof pressure testing before fitting onto the aircraft can rely on our facility for assistance.
Our hydrostatic test station utilizes precision “Crystal Engineering” Pressure test gauges and can apply pressure over 10,000 psi while recording the test via a Data Log.
This enables us to issue a Data Log Report for Quality Assurance for ISO9001, along with your Hydrostatic Test Certificate alongside the Form 1 Release Certificate.
