Hydrostatic Testing

The test station can perform DOT Hydrostatic testing of your portable aviation Oxygen, Fire, and Inflation cylinders.

We test all brand’s portable Aviation Gas Cylinders. We offer Hydrostatic testing of onboard aircraft O2 cylinders. Have your mechanic remove and ship us your bottle.

Our hydrostatic test station with precision “Crystal Engineering” Pressure test gauges can apply pressure over 10,000 psi.

We know aluminum, steel, and fiber wound aviation cylinders. We have the proper equipment to test them and the correct low-stress stamps to mark your cylinder with.

Imported New Aviation Cylinders

It should be noted that by the Gas Cylinder Test Scheme and AS2337 & AS2030.

A new cylinder must be tested, and bear a current Australian Gas Cylinder Test Stamp before the first fill.

Before getting re-gassed, any older cylinders must be checked to see if the Gas Cylinder Test Stamp is current.

Failing to do so leaves the operator and the re-filler at risk of injury and prosecution if someone is injured.
