Services
Boiler & Pressure Vessel Inspection and Certification
The Company Inspectors provide a comprehensive annual and In-service pressure vessel inspection, conducted by AS/NZS 3788, a visual survey conducted on boilers, pressure vessels, and associated pressure equipment to determine its operational condition and ensure the safety of the system and plant.
Inspections are usually carried out visually or with a fiber-optic camera.
Comprehensive pressure equipment inspection and ultrasonic thickness measurements are compared against the MDR (Manufacturer’s Data Report).
Once an inspection is complete, our technician will sign off his report that concludes the receiver is safe to use.
Following the inspection, you will be given an in-depth report detailing the specifications of your pressure vessel, any replaced components, and detailed comments confirming its compliance.
